Delivery

Delivery within Klang Valley (Selangor & Kuala Lumpur) ONLY.

Any online order with value under RM 1,000 will be subjected to a delivery charge of RM 40 per order. Delivery address MUST be within Klang Valley (Selangor & Kuala Lumpur) or a separate delivery charge applies.

All online orders with order sum equal to or exceeds RM 600 will be delivered free of charge within Klang Valley (Selangor & Kuala Lumpur) ONLY.

Tuesdays and Thursdays with two daily slots: morning between 10 am - 1 pm and afternoon between 2 pm - 5 pm.
Saturdays with only one morning slot between 10 am - 1 pm.
Delivery is not available on public holidays.

Miele will distribute all accessories, benchtop appliances, cleaning and care products and vacuum cleaner product/s to any location within Klang Valley( Selangor & Kuala Lumpur ) only as specified in the order confirmation.

Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

Miele will deliver all major domestic appliance orders on the date specified on your order confirmation. Miele's installation and disposal services will be available, if ordered prior delivery.

Miele will use reasonable commercial endeavours to distribute the product/s within specified time periods. If Miele is unable to deliver the product/s (by reason of inventory shortage, transportation difficulties or otherwise), it will use reasonable commercial endeavours to do so within a reasonable period after the specified time period.

Miele is not liable for failed deliveries as a result of the supply of incorrect or inaccurate address details. Should Miele be required for whatever reason to re-distribute a product, a re-redistribution fee will be payable to Miele prior to the re-distribution of the product/s.
